I recently helped with a 90th Birthday celebration held in the ballroom at DGC. The event met our expectations and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Andrew Walker was especially helpful and tried to meet our every need! The DGC provides a beautiful venue for entertaining along with delicious food and a great staff! Highly recommend!

Great course and great people. Greens and fairways are in fantastic condition and the layout is great. Andrew Walker does a great job for all members and the everyone at the golf shop is always very helpful. Best course in the area by far.

I was married in April at Danville Golf Club and I could not have chosen a better place. They supplied everything we needed and coordinated a wonderful evening. Andrew Walker truly made my wedding day perfect and went above and beyond. I had a few guests with dietary restrictions, one being vegan, and they were able to accommodate each guest. Everyone’s food was amazing. I am so happy I chose this location and would recommend this place over and over.I would reach to Andrew for any event! The Ballroom is gorgeous and I am thankful for how easy it was to communicate with Andrew and not have any stress the day of my wedding. Thank you DGC!

Danville Golf Club is the best golf course I’ve played in southern Virginia. Everything from tee to green was in pristine condition... This is a Donald Ross classic design and the layout proved to be extremely challenging and fair as well.

The Danville Golf Club is very family friendly! My family spends their entire summer by the pool. It’s easily our second home! I cant recommend joining this club enough!

I have been a member of the Danville Golf Club since 1966. The perfectly maintained Donal Ross designed course has hosted numerous golf events. To name a few: VA State Amateur, VA State Open, and VA-Carolina Team Matches along with the very prestigious W. Townes Lea Invitational, currently known as the Danville Golf Club Invitational. I always look forward to playing a round of golf at DGC and I know you would as well.

My family decided to join the Danville Golf Club when we moved to Danville a few years ago now. The club manager, Andrew, was very accommodating and welcoming right away. We have met so many warm, generous, friendly people since joining the club. Our transition to being in a new place was definitely much smoother, making so many good friends as quickly as we were able, at the club. The golf course is well maintained and challenging. I have enjoyed meeting new people at the Thursday night golf scrambles and the tournaments throughout the year are always enjoyable. Unlike many golf courses that suffer from being over crowded, at DGC there is rarely any trouble finding a suitable tee time and pace of play is almost never an issue, even when you have children with you out on the course.
